SUMMER FUN!
The pattern for each week is as follows;
Sessions start with a warm up designed to focus and relax you, stimulate creativity and break down inhibitions!
* Monday:
Meet everyone, directors and fellow actors and begin looking at the themes and story of the play, introduction to characters and the way Susy and I work. Actors will do solo, pair and group freezes through different parts of the story and characters as well as create short scenes and various other exercises.
Before lunch all actors will do an informal "audition" to help us cast the play.
After lunch we will have a read through before looking more closely at characters.
* Tues - Wednesday:
The directors and helpers will direct and block the scenes before showing all scenes at the end of the day.
* Thursday:
The play will be sewn together and run in its entirety, photos taken and costumes fitted.
* Friday:
Show day!
A tech and dress run and then a performance at 4pm for family and friends.
